Hi, I’m Kailey – the founder of PHEEL. After over a decade working in the corporate worlD, including years as a marketing director, I realized I was ready for more. More freedom, more impact and more alignment with what truly lit me up: helping others show up confidently in their brand. I’ve been a photographer for over 10 years, and that eye for detail, story, and aesthetic becAme the foundation of what is now PHEEL, a creative agency built to help people stand out through powerful visuals, strategy and storytelling. I quit my full-time job and launched PHEEL the very next day. Within two weeks, I landed my first client and from there, built a business rooted in intention and identity. Since then, I’ve brought together an incredible team of designers, social media managers, photographers and videographers who are all just as obsessed with helping brands elevate and evolve. At PHEEL, we specialize in building premium brand identities that feel like you —because branding shouldn’t look like everyone else’s.

ZoË is a paid media strategist who blends creativity with data to help brands grow. After starting her career in marketing, she quickly found her passion in paid advertising — where strategic testing, strong creative, and performance come together. She specializes in Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), partnering with e-commerce and service-based brands to build intentional, conversion-focused ad strategies that drive real results.

LINDSEY

Before going full-time in photography, Lindsey worked in corporate marketing, but she knew she had more creative potential to unlock. Her journalism background includes on-camera work, copywriting, interviewing, magazine editing, and marketing strategy across all forms of storytelling. In 2021, she quit her 9-5 to grow her photography business and pursue her passion full-time.

Lindsey has 11+ years of marketing experience across diverse industries, which most photographers can’t offer.

BEFORE PHEEL, OLIVIA WAS STUCK IN A CORPORATE SETTING WHERE SHE KNEW SHE WASN'T USING HER FULL CREATIVE POTENTIAL. SHE WANTED A CAREER CHANGE AND STARTED WORKING FOR PHEEL AS A PART TIME FREELANCER IN JULY 2021 WHILE CONTINUING TO WORK HER FULL TIME CORPORATE JOB. THAT SUMMER SHE DOVE DEEP INTO CONTENT CREATION + DESIGN AND TAUGHT HERSELF HOW TO CREATE AMAZING HIGH QUALITY CONTENT FOR PHEEL CLIENTS. WITH NO PREVIOUS DESIGN EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION, SHE USED HER CREATIVE ABILITY AND VISION TO DEVELOP HER SKILLS. IN SEPTEMBER 2021, KAILEY HIRED HER FULL TIME SO SHE GOT TO LEAVE THAT 9-5 AND FULLY PURSUE HER PASSION WITH PHEEL.

Kalli worked several corporate style jobs that didn't leave her feeling fulfilled.. She always knew she was a creative at heart, but decided to major in Communications to pursue a path in writing. After graduation, she started working as a listing coordinator for a real estate office. About a year later, she realized she had to listen to her heart and follow her true passion - design. More specifically, branding + web design and content creation. Over the next few years, she continued developing these skills, landing some of her dream clients and then, of course, her POSITION at Pheel.
